His Excellency Prince Zak Fawaz has announced the implementation of a new Interministerial Coordination Framework, a key step toward strengthening the administrative structure of the Principality of Zakistan and ensuring efficiency, transparency, and unity across all state institutions.

The framework, established under the authority of the Royal Chancellery and in accordance with the Constitution of 19 October 2025, defines the mechanisms of cooperation between ministries, particularly in areas of administrative correspondence, decision-tracking, and document management.

“Our institutions must act with one voice, one method, and one sense of duty,” declared the Prince. “Coordination is not bureaucracy it is the backbone of state discipline.”

Under this new structure, the Ministry of State will act as the central administrative link between the government and the Chancellery, ensuring unified standards and the proper flow of information between all ministries.

The framework introduces three major innovations:

1. A digital register of governmental decisions, shared among all ministries;

2. Monthly coordination meetings between secretaries-general;

3. The standardization of official documents and procedures across departments.

The first coordination session will be held next week under the supervision of the Royal Chancellery.

In closing, the Prince reaffirmed that this measure is part of a larger vision one of clarity, continuity, and national coherence.

Son Excellence le Prince Zak Fawaz a annoncé la mise en place d’un cadre de coordination interministérielle, une mesure essentielle destinée à renforcer la structure administrative de la Principauté du Zakistan et à garantir l’efficacité, la transparence et l’unité de l’action publique.

Élaboré sous l’autorité de la Chancellerie Royale et conformément à la Constitution du 19 octobre 2025, ce cadre définit les mécanismes de coopération entre les ministères, notamment en matière de correspondance administrative, de suivi des décisions et de gestion documentaire.

« Nos institutions doivent parler d’une seule voix, suivre une seule méthode et partager un même sens du devoir », a déclaré le Prince. « La coordination n’est pas de la lourdeur administrative c’est la colonne vertébrale de la discipline d’État. »

Dans ce dispositif, le Ministère d’État assurera le rôle de pilier administratif central entre le gouvernement et la Chancellerie Royale, garantissant l’harmonisation des procédures et la circulation fluide de l’information.

Trois mesures majeures sont introduites :

1. La création d’un registre numérique des décisions gouvernementales accessible à tous les ministères ;

2. L’organisation de réunions mensuelles de coordination entre les secrétaires généraux ;

3. La standardisation des formulaires et correspondances officielles.

La première séance de coordination se tiendra la semaine prochaine sous la supervision directe de la Chancellerie Princière.

En conclusion, le Prince a souligné que cette réforme s’inscrit dans une vision globale de clarté, de continuité et de cohérence nationale.

الأمير يُعلن عن تنفيذ إطار التنسيق بين الوزارات في إمارة زاكستان

أعلن صاحب السعادة الأمير زاك فواز عن تنفيذ إطار جديد للتنسيق بين الوزارات، في خطوة أساسية تهدف إلى تعزيز الهيكل الإداري للإمارة وضمان الكفاءة والشفافية ووحدة العمل الحكومي.

وقد تم إعداد هذا الإطار بإشراف الديوان الملكي ووفقًا لأحكام الدستور الصادر في 19 تشرين الأول 2025، حيث يحدّد آليات التعاون بين الوزارات في مجالات المراسلات الإدارية، ومتابعة القرارات، وإدارة الوثائق الرسمية.

وقال الأمير: « يجب أن تعمل مؤسساتنا بصوت واحد، ومنهج واحد، وروح مسؤولية واحدة. فالتنسيق ليس بيروقراطية، بل هو العمود الفقري لانضباط الدولة. »

وسيُكلَّف وزارة الدولة بدور الجهة الإدارية المركزية بين الحكومة والديوان الملكي، لضمان توحيد المعايير وتنسيق الإجراءات بين جميع الوزارات.

ويتضمّن الإطار ثلاث خطوات رئيسية:

1. إنشاء سجل رقمي موحّد للقرارات الحكومية؛

2. عقد اجتماعات تنسيقية شهرية بين الأمناء العامين للوزارات؛

3. توحيد النماذج والإجراءات الرسمية في مختلف المؤسسات.

ومن المقرر عقد أول جلسة تنسيقية الأسبوع المقبل بإشراف مباشر من الديوان الملكي.

وفي ختام البيان، أكّد الأمير أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن رؤية أشمل تقوم على الوضوح والاستمرارية والتكامل الوطني، قائلاً:

« الدولة القوية هي التي تعرف كيف تنظم نفسها بدقة. وزاكستان يجب أن تكون تلك الدولة. »
