The Ministry of State
The Ministry of State is the administrative and political pillar of the Principality of Zakistan. Placed under the direct authority of the Prince, it ensures the coherence of government action, the legitimacy of sovereign decisions, and the proper conduct of public affairs.
The Ministry of State ensures coordination between the various ministries and institutions of the Principality. It oversees the uniform implementation of the decisions of the Prince and the Council of Ministers, thereby guaranteeing the stability and continuity of the State.
The Ministry of State advises the Prince and the institutions on legal and administrative matters. It participates in the drafting of laws, decrees and regulations, while ensuring their compliance with the Constitution of the Principality.
The Ministry of State, the Prince's true administrative arm, prepares, drafts, and publishes decrees, orders, and official acts emanating from the Royal Chancellery. It ensures their legal compliance and faithful execution.
The Ministry oversees the functioning of public administrations and coordinates internal state procedures. It works towards a modern, transparent administration oriented towards the public interest.
The Ministry of State is responsible for issuing and validating state documents, including naturalization certificates, appointment decrees, official authorizations, and letters patent. Each document bears the signature or approval of the Prince.
In constant contact with the Royal Chancellery, other ministries and advisory councils, the Ministry of State acts as an institutional liaison centre, ensuring the fluidity of administrative dialogue and the coherence of national policies.
