Le Ministère d’État Lance la Modernisation des Services Publics Zakistaniens

La Principauté du Zakistan franchit une nouvelle étape dans sa transformation administrative avec le lancement d’un vaste programme de modernisation des services publics, conduit par le Ministère d’État.

Cette réforme s’inscrit dans la vision de Son Excellence le Prince Zak Fawaz, qui souhaite faire du Zakistan un État moderne, efficace et accessible à tous ses citoyens.

Le Ministère d’État, responsable de la coordination administrative et institutionnelle, a annoncé la mise en ligne du service de naturalisation, permettant désormais aux demandeurs d’effectuer l’ensemble des démarches à distance de la demande initiale à la validation finale, sous supervision de la Chancellerie Royale.

« Cette transition numérique marque une étape décisive vers une administration plus proche du citoyen et plus transparente dans son fonctionnement », a déclaré le Ministère dans un communiqué.

La modernisation ne s’arrête pas à la naturalisation : le Ministère a également annoncé la refonte progressive de toutes les interfaces administratives, qui intégreront à terme les procédures consulaires, les certifications, les registres civils et les documents officiels.

L’objectif est clair : créer un écosystème administratif unifié, capable de relier efficacement les institutions zakistaniennes entre elles tout en garantissant la sécurité des données et la fiabilité des échanges.

Cette réforme illustre la volonté du Zakistan d’ancrer ses institutions dans la modernité tout en conservant la rigueur et la légitimité de ses procédures.

The Ministry of State Launches the Modernization of Zakistan’s Public Services

The Ministry of State of the Principality of Zakistan has officially launched a comprehensive modernization program of public services, marking a major step toward a digital and citizen-oriented administration.

This initiative, inspired by the vision of His Excellency Prince Zak Fawaz, aims to transform Zakistan into a modern, efficient, and accessible State, where institutions serve citizens with transparency and technological precision.

The first major reform concerns the online naturalization system, now available to all eligible applicants. The platform allows for complete digital submission and tracking of citizenship applications, with validation handled directly by the Royal Chancellery.

“This digital transition represents a decisive step toward an administration that is closer to citizens and more transparent in its operations,” the Ministry said in its statement.

The modernization effort will soon expand to other sectors, including civil documentation, consular procedures, certifications, and national registries, connecting all Zakistanian institutions under a unified digital framework.

The Ministry emphasized that this reform is built upon principles of efficiency, data security, and institutional coherence, paving the way for a truly modern administrative ecosystem.

وزارة الدولة تُطلق مشروع تحديث الخدمات العامة في زاكستان

أعلنت وزارة الدولة في إمارة زاكستان عن إطلاق برنامج شامل لتحديث الخدمات العامة، في خطوة تعكس رؤية سموّ الأمير زاك فواز لبناء دولة عصرية وفعّالة ومتصلة بمواطنيها.

ويشمل المشروع في مرحلته الأولى إطلاق منصّة رقمية جديدة لتقديم طلبات التجنّس عبر الإنترنت، ما يتيح للمواطنين المحتملين إنجاز معاملاتهم إلكترونيًا، من تقديم الطلب حتى المصادقة النهائية من الديوان الملكي.

وجاء في بيان الوزارة: « يشكّل هذا التحوّل الرقمي خطوة حاسمة نحو إدارة أكثر قربًا من المواطن وأكثر شفافية في عملها. »

وتسعى الوزارة من خلال هذه المبادرة إلى إعادة تصميم جميع الواجهات الإدارية الحكومية تدريجيًا، بحيث تشمل لاحقًا الخدمات القنصلية، والتصديقات الرسمية، والسجلات المدنية، وإصدار الوثائق الحكومية.

ويهدف المشروع إلى إنشاء منظومة إدارية رقمية موحّدة تربط مؤسسات الدولة ببعضها، وتضمن في الوقت نفسه حماية البيانات وسلامة الإجراءات.

بهذا الإصلاح، تؤكد زاكستان التزامها بتطوير مؤسساتها وفقًا لأعلى معايير الحداثة والانضباط الإداري.
